About these terms
These terms apply to purchases on drapetheory.in, operated by Drape Theory Studios Private Limited, Saroornagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500035, India, GSTIN 36AANCD1827G1ZM. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and pricing
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.
- Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and handwoven fabrics can have small natural variations; these are not defects.
- We describe every fabric honestly. If a saree doesn’t match its description, you’re covered by our returns policy.
Orders and payment
- Your order is confirmed once your payment is confirmed by our payment partner, Razorpay. For cash on delivery, it is confirmed once the ₹199 advance is paid; orders up to ₹5,000 only.
- We may confirm cash on delivery orders by phone before dispatch, and may decline cash on delivery where an earlier delivery was refused.
- If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, a saree is no longer available or a price was shown in error), we cancel it and refund any payment in full.
- You can cancel an order until it is packed.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Offer codes
- One offer code per order; codes can’t be combined unless an offer says so.
- Each offer has its own conditions and end date, shown with the offer.
Your account
Keep access to your email secure, as it is how you sign in. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Complaints
Contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
